RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Kaynaturalz Skincare Return Policy

At Kaynaturalz, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality skincare products that cater to your unique needs. To maintain the integrity of our products and uphold hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns under any circumstances due to high volume.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used items, for hygiene reasons.

We can only refund your parcel once we have recieved the original item back, or proof that you did not receive your parcel.

We can only refund if your item is faulty or damaged. Occasionally items get damaged during transit. We will accept a photograph of a damaged item as proof, and do not expect you to return this item. 
To complete your return we require your order number and full name and address and a photograph of the damaged item. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team before completing your order.
